In-person sessions take place in a comfortable, quiet and confidential room in a listed building on Lansdown, in the centre of Stroud.
I want you to feel welcome to be yourself,
so you can choose a supportive upright chair
or take your shoes off and cuddle up under a blanket on the sofa.
If you’d prefer to sit on the floor,
I’ll sit there with you.
Filtered water and a selection of herbal teas are always available.
Fiddle toys, rocks and doodling materials
are also available if having something
to hold helps you feel more
comfortable in sessions.
My office is in the centre of Stroud, a few minutes’ walk from the railway station and bus services. The nearest car parks are Church Street and Five Valleys Shopping Centre.
Limited short-stay and Blue Badge parking is also available on the street outside the building.
You’ll recognise the building by its large red door. When you arrive, press the bell beside my sign and I’ll come down to meet you.
I’m on the top floor, so please give me a moment to reach you.
There isn’t a waiting area, so please try not to arrive too early.
My usual therapy room is accessed by stairs. If stairs are a barrier, and you don't want online therapy, I also have access to a ground-floor room nearby with ramped access from street level and an accessible toilet.
