Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling for Change

Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful for everyone and people choose to come to sessions for lots of different reasons. There is no level of sadness or worry that suddenly means therapy is right for you, because our experiences and our responses are unique. 


Sometimes we carry difficult experiences for a long time but try to ignore them.


Perhaps you feel like something isn’t quite right but you can’t work out what?

Maybe life has started to feel too much lately or you’ve noticed your body always feels tense?


It could be things which usually make you feel better don’t help anymore or are even starting to become a problem?

Whatever the reason for choosing counselling, our aim is to gain new perspectives and self awareness which help us to manage the most difficult aspects of life.


We can’t change our experiences but we can change how much control those experiences have over us and I meet you in that process by offering a balance of compassionate exploration and supportive challenge that is safely and gently held.
