What is Counselling?

Counselling is the creation of a unique, therapeutic relationship.

It gives you the chance to talk about and explore difficult feelings and to be listened to in a way that

helps you gain a better understanding of  yourself, your thoughts, your emotions and even your behaviours.

There can be times when counselling feels like hard work and yes, sometimes there can be painful emotions along the way; but these emotions may also be the key to unlocking new ways of living your

life more positively, constructively and with happiness.

The great thing about the counselling relationship is that if those feelings do appear, we face them together.
