Getting in touch is sometimes the biggest hurdle and I understand how scary it can be, so don't feel you have to be absolutely ready to book an appointment, if you just want some more information that's fine.

All sessions are 50 minutes. Initial consultation sessions are £32 further sessions are £42 with a limited number of reduced cost sessions also available.  Level four student counsellors requiring therapy hours will be charged £32.  Generally payment is made in cash but card/bank payments can be made through the website shop               , through PayPal invoicing , or for a direct PayPal link click
